THE FULL
Registration
It will involve paddling a brutal 60 km course (34 miles) with a series of lakes, rivers with light whitewater and flat water, portage, etc. This course will take between 6.5 to 12 hours for participants to complete. On the second day, the challenger will do the 56 km trail running course (35 miles) that was won in 2009 in 7 hours 18 minutes. Soooo, this is another big day. Finally, the last day of the stage race will be a 100 km (60 plus miles) mountain bike course involving more than 10,000 feet of climbing. Because of this beast, this is an invitational race only. In other words, you have to submit your credentials to the race Director to be accepted.
FULL SOLO...FOR BEASTS ONLY
ONLY THE EXPERIENCED ULTRA RUNNER, ADVENTURE RACER AND INSANE ATHLETE SHOULD CONSIDER THIS SOLO RACE. THIS IS NOT FOR ORDINARY PEOPLE. PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT BEACAUSE YOU HAVE A FEW IRONMANs BEHIND YOUR BELT THAT THIS IS GOING TO BE A PIECE OF CAKE. THIS IS FAR MORE PAINFUL THAN ANY OTHER RACES THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE IN THE PAST. THIS IS LIKE 3 IRONMANs IN A ROW…
FULL AS A TEAM
Registration
This option will allow participants to build teams of 3 in order to complete the Challenge. The relay team will have several categories: men only, women only and mixed teams. Each team member will have to complete one leg of the challenge. One racer paddles on day 1, another one runs on day 2 and the last one mountain bikes on the last day. Each team will compete against the other teams; we will therefore record the time at the end of each day. The team with the fastest cumulative time over the 3 days wins.
Each team member will also have his or her individual time taken each day against the other runners and mountain bikers. In other words, no matter how your team performs, you might still have a chance for a medal in your specific discipline.

THE HALF
HALF SOLO
Registration
This is the civilized version of The Full. The course will involve paddling the length of Lac Tremblant and back. The distance is a 28 km paddle and is clearly an open water race. Although this is a smaller version of The Full, this crossing should take between 3 to 5.5 hours for participants to complete. The second day, the athlete will have to complete our 21 km trail running course. This course should take between 2.5 to 4 hours. Finally, on the last day, participants will have to do our 50 km mountain bike race that will cover approximately 4 hours.
